We know how important consistency is in achieving our health goals. But if you have any of the following: a busy job, caring responsibilities, a chronic illness, a life, or all of the above, you know how difficult that can be.

I’m here to help you navigate the conflict between your inspired eating and exercise plans; and the messy, oftentimes frustrating real-life events that seem hell-bent on sabotaging them!

The truth is most exercise and habit research is not based on people with busy lives, demanding jobs and caring responsibilities. I know how difficult it can be to sustain healthy habits and how this can just add to feelings of overwhelm. Leaving your nervous system activated and your body depeleted.
