I used to think exercise had to be grueling and exhausting for it to be effective. If it wasn’t a HIIT class that left me feeling queasy, or a 90- minute shake inducing yoga practice - what was the point? But my all-or-nothing approach quickly changed when I became a mother and found I had very little time for myself..
